Bam Restaurant in Troyes is a must-visit culinary spot. Step inside and feel instantly at home in its welcoming and cosy atmosphere. Their concept of “cuisine d’instinct” means passionate and thoughtful cooking, precisely what you’ll find here.

Let’s dive into the menu. Try the unique Veil Tartare with dry fruits (€11) or the traditional Frog Legs with butter and parsley (also €11) for appetisers. Both are absolutely delicious. The main course offers perfectly cooked Dorade fish and Pork Filet Mignon (€20). The fish is flaky and melts in your mouth, while the pork is richly flavorful and served with Brussels sprouts.

Don’t forget to try their cheese plate (€10) to end your meal ideally. What a find! Just off the main shopping area, this restaurant is a must if you’re staying in Troyes. I would recommend booking to avoid disappointment. The food was authentic Italian cuisine and tasted so fresh. The mozzarella was the best I’ve tasted and the calzone, full of flavours. My husbands escalope of veal was superb and crème brûlée finished off a delicious meal. The service as excellent and attentive.
