Bam Restaurant in Troyes is a must-visit culinary spot. Step inside and feel instantly at home in its welcoming and cosy atmosphere. Their concept of “cuisine d’instinct” means passionate and thoughtful cooking, precisely what you’ll find here.
Let’s dive into the menu. Try the unique Veil Tartare with dry fruits (€11) or the traditional Frog Legs with butter and parsley (also €11) for appetisers. Both are absolutely delicious. The main course offers perfectly cooked Dorade fish and Pork Filet Mignon (€20). The fish is flaky and melts in your mouth, while the pork is richly flavorful and served with Brussels sprouts.
Don’t forget to try their cheese plate (€10) to end your meal ideally. The reasonable prices, exceptional food quality, and friendly atmosphere make Bam a great place to catch up with friends or plan a date night. – Review by IndefiniteGuest
Leon exudes a coastal brasserie vibe, transporting you seaside in the city’s heart. The culinary highlight? An ode to the sea’s bounty, with classic favourites on the side. Start with light, refreshing options like the “Burrata Tomates” at just €6.20 or the “Rillettes aux Deux Saumons” at €4.90. But what stole my heart? The €6.90 “Tartare de Saumon” is a raw salmon delight you must try!

Or savour their variety of mussel dishes, fresh fish options, and mouthwatering burgers. Don’t miss the must-try “Fish & Frites” – original battered haddock or the salmon version, priced at €16.90 and €19.90, respectively.

What a find! Just off the main shopping area, this restaurant is a must if you’re staying in Troyes. I would recommend booking to avoid disappointment. The food was authentic Italian cuisine and tasted so fresh. The mozzarella was the best I’ve tasted and the calzone, full of flavours. My husbands escalope of veal was superb and crème brûlée finished off a delicious meal. The service as excellent and attentive.

From the delightful Margherita for just €8 to specialities like the Calzone, Quattro Stagioni, and Pizza Parma priced at €12, La Piazza has got you covered. Each pizza delivers a flavorful punch, cooked traditionally in a wood-fired oven.

And, of course, the classic Pasta Bolognese is a must.

Beautifully presented food with subtle flavours. This was very accomplished cooking of a high standard. The restaurant had a family function with about 30 people to serve at the same time and did so flawlessly with serving staff who knew what they were doing. Reasonably priced for the standard of the meal and if we were in Troyes longer we would quite happily eat here again
