Bournemouth is a cosy and beautiful seaside town in the South of England. Long strips of sandy beaches, beautiful cliffs and the amazing views of the Isle of White make it one of my favourite towns in the South of England.
But where should you stay when making a trip down to Bournemouth? I have made an overview of the 10 best hotels to stay at in Bournemouth and took extra care to select hotels that are close to the beach or close to the vibrant Bournemouth town centre.
The Hilton Bournemouth lies close to both the city centre and the beach. At just a stone’s throw from the upper and lower gardens, the Hilton Bournemouth is the perfect base to start exploring Bournemouth – whether you are out for a shopping trip or a beach holiday.
The Hilton Bournemouth is a modern hotel and the lobby instantly submerges you into a bath of pastel tranquillity. The rooms of the Hilton Bournemouth are decorated in a modern seaside theme with dark blue and a gold cream as the main colours.

If you still feel like you need a bit of an escape from the stressful city-life, you can yourself a treatment in the wonderful Eforea spa located in the Hilton Bournemouth.
Who says travelling has to be expensive? Bournemouth is a Backpackers’ haven – I still do not know why as it is not the most popular tourist destination in the UK, but I do feel that the city has great amenities for backpackers, that it is not too expensive and of course – that they have great hostels for travellers to sleep at!
Prime Backpackers Bournemouth is a very clean, colourful and modern hostel close to nice restaurants, great bars and a 10-minute walk from the beach.
