The hot dog stand is pretty small with only a few spaces – three maybe. This means you might want to eat your dog outside or in the brewery next door with a nice pint of craft beer!
There is a small outside seating area which is lovely to sit at in summer. The seating area is dog-friendly! In case you would rather eat the hot dog in your Winter Park condo or Winter Park Airbnb – Fraser Valley Hot Dog also offers Curbside Pickup.
Idlewild Distillery Winter Park restaurant
What is the one thing that can take away that chill piercing your bones after a day out in the snow? A good ol’ tumbler of Whiskey! And the Idlewild Distillery has enough variety to make you forget you’re even in Winter Park village.
This Winter Park restaurant has a passion for distilling which can be seen in the variations they offer. Apart from the great whiskey, they also offer gin, grappa and coffee liqueur.
This Winter Park bar has an “Idle Series”: their traditional spirits “expertly crafted with painstaking care..” and a “Wild Series” which showcases this Winter Park bars passion with new and exciting mixes and spirits. Idlewild Distillery also has a brown coloured gin and gorgeous whiskeys with aromas of caramel and chocolate. If you are not a big fan of spirits, they also have great beer on tap!
Apart from amazing spirits and brunch cocktails, Idlewild Distillery restaurant in Winter Park also offer great food. Think of the Charcutery board which contains Irish Whiskey Cheddar and Wensleydale. The board is served with cranberry, prosciutto and Finocchio. Also consider the BBW Bacon Cheddar Burger which comes with – you guessed it, BBQ sauce, bacon and cheddar.
As for deserts they offer Idlewild Golden Rum cake and a beautiful Carrot Cake with house-made whipped cream. This distillery serves amazing Winter Park food and is one of the best restaurants in Winter Park for those who love spirits.
Carver's Winter Park Breakfast
If you are looking for a great breakfast or weekend brunch in Winter Park, then Carver’s needs to be your very first stop.
This amazing café serves American cuisine and some of the best breakfast in Winter Park. This Winter Park brunch restaurant offers amazing Belgian Waffles, French Toast, Eggs Benedict to Huevos Rancheros.
Carver’s can be found just opposite Fireside Market, a boutique supermarket. This Winter Park restaurant is easily reachable by free transfer or car. Carver’s even has a large parking lot out front.
When entering Carvers restaurant Winter Park, you will be greeted by their friendly staff and handed a large menu. The menu has loads of breakfast, brunch and lunch options.
I would recommend having a look at the Huevos Rancheros I mentioned before, or at one of their famous egg benedict. The egg dishes at this Winter Park breakfast restaurant are overall incredibly good. Carver’s uses amazing fresh ingredients.
Carver’s is the perfect place to eat a hearty Winter Park breakfast or Winter Park brunch before strapping on your boots and heading out onto the slopes or the mountain paths. Definitely one of my biggest recommendations for Winter Park food!
Winter Park restaurant Randi's Grill and Pub Irish pub
Looking for a great Winter Park Pub to take advantage of their happy hour? Or maybe you just want some honest American Pub Grub in Winter Park? Then Randi’s Pub and Grill is the place to be. This amazing Irish Pub has a dedicated dining area and a Winter Park bar area. In the bar area you will find a bar with a roaring fire and some cosy seats to drink a beer at.
In the dining area you will find dining boots where you can munch on amazing burgers and French onion soup. I love eating at Randi’s Grill and Pub restaurant Winter Park. Their food is great and the staff is absolutely wonderful!
Randi’s is in my opinion ten times better than the overpriced Deno’s Mountain Bistro. I would recommend having a look at their food menu online as they do great Winter Park food. They also serve American breakfasts, but for a Winter Park breakfast, Carver’s is definitely the best choice.
When looking at Randi’s menu we see that this Winter Park restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, dinner, desserts. They also stock a selection of beer, wine and cocktails. For your Winter Park breakfast you can choose a smoked salmon BLT made with Applewood turkey bacon and smoked salmon on rye.
This Winter Park breakfast also has a classic egg benedict with smoked ham. For your Winter Park lunch and dinner you can choose between burgers such as the Stout Burger or even mussels prepared in Strongbow. The Irish Nachos or even Irish pub classics such as Shepherds pie and Bangers and Mash all look great at Randi’s Bar Winter Park.
Smokehouse BBQ Winter Park Restaurant
Order some smoked beef brisket or a rack of perfectly barbecued ribs at the Smokehouse in Winter Park. This amazing BBQ restaurant in Winter Park offers a large selection of meats and great sides to go along your orders. You can ask for sweet potato fries and coleslaw, or even mac and cheese. You can also order most of their meat as a sandwich – perfect for a quick Winter Park lunch.
Order your favourite dishes at the Smokehouse BBQ restaurant in Winter Park. You can also order take out so you can munch on that rack of ribs in your Winter Park Resort condo.
Smokehouse BBQ Winter Park is also known for its great beers. Order a milk stout or try one of their special IPA’s with your Winter Park food. This Rubhouse & Saloon is family friendly. I would recommend heading here after a long day on the slopes or mountains!
Winter Park restaurant Casa Mexico
Who doesn’t love Mexican food! Casa Mexico serves delicious grub made with the freshest ingredients. This is one of the best restaurants in winter park. This is not only because their food is amazing, but also because their staff is kind and helpful.
Order the amazing fajitas at this Winter Park restaurant, or their cheesy quesadillas. They also have vegan options and vegetarian dishes for those with dietary requirements.
This cosy little Winter Park restaurant on Cooper Creek Square has outdoor seating. You will need to book beforehand as the patio seating is incredibly popular.
At the end of dinner you will be served a shot of tequilla out of a goat’s hoof. That was enough to finish me off that evening as we also had their supersized margaritas. These supersized margaritas come in a glass that actually resembles a fish bowl.
The portions at Casa Mexico restaurant Winter Park are quite large. Staff is more than happy to provide you with a to-go box. This means you can take your food with you for a late-night snack or tomorrow’s lunch or Winter Park brunch!
Pepe Osaka's Fish taco Tequila Bar and Grill Winter Park restaurant
Are you looking for a Winter Park bar with a happy hour? Why not get some fish tacos and a couple of amazing cocktails? Pepe Osaka is one of the best restaurants in Winter park. They do great fish tacos and have two happy hours. This Winter Park bar has a happy hour from 4PM to 5PM and a happy hour from 7PM to 8PM.
This Winter Park restaurant offers amazing fish tacos with fillings such as lobster, sashimi-grade yellow tuna and salmon. The crispy salmon tacos and the blackened Mahi-Mahi are some of my favourite fish tacos at this Winter Park bar and restaurant.
Even if you are not a big fan of fish they also offer tacos with chicken teriyaki, turuguta pork carnitas or vegetarian plantain. This Winter Park restaurant has something for everyone!
Another reason to get your food at this Winter Park restaurant is because Pepe Osaka also serves sushi. Also try the grilled octopus dishes, mahi-mahi enchiladas or the filet mignon starter at this Winter Park restaurant.

Pizza Pedal’r is known to be one of the best pizza places in Colorado. The pizzas at this Winter Park restaurant have names like “Granny Gear”, “Wild Pigs”, “Ratchet” and “Berm”.
This Winter Park restaurant at the Winter Park base also serve some great starters, all pizza-related. For example, they have a “Spokes”, which comes in two sizes. This is a thick pizza dough loaded with garlic-infused olive oil, tons of cheese and a side of marinara.
Or you can try the wings at this restaurant in Winter Park. These come in a range of flavours from chilli Thai to plain. Also have a look at the “Barrel Roll”, a pizza dough rolled with several varieties of goodness, mozzarella with everything from feta, buffalo chicken and bleu cheese.
Pizza Pedal’r even serves salads if you are looking for healthy Winter Park food. They also have a happy hour special from 3 pm to 5 pm and serve pizza by the slice. If all of this wasn’t enough, you can also make your own pizza by choosing your base and topping.

They also serve “Premiere Soups” like Lobster Bisque, Beef Udon, and Cheesy Beer Brat. The sandwiches at this restaurant in Winter Park are great for those peckish moments at the base. The sandwiches at Back Bowl Soup Co restaurant have names like Atomic Sandwich, Never Summer Sandwich and Yeti Meatloaf, to name a few.

The chefs and baristas at Goodys restaurant Winter Park are hired for the bubbly personality and knowledge when it comes to food. This Winter Park restaurant is famous for their crepes, both savoury to sweet. The “Mary Jane”, “French Breton” to “S’ more” and “Apple Strudel” crepe, all provide a range of original flavours.
