Elysees Ceramic for a view on the Arc de Triomphe
Elysées Ceramic is located on one of the big roads – or arteries – that feeds the hectic Place de l’etoile on which the Arc de Triomphe is planted. The facade overlooks Avenue Wagram but the back of the hotel overlooks a furnished patio, very quiet, far from the bustle of Paris and yet so close. A few minutes from the hotel, the Arc de Triomphe is looming and you can visit the many luxury shops and little French cafes in the area.
Although the bustle of the streets can be tiring booking a room with a view on the Patio makes you miss out on an exceptional view of the Parisian roofs and the Arc de Triomphe. The Shangri La for that picture perfect Eiffel tower view
Although staying at the Shangri La can be quite expensive, my list of hotels with a great view would not be complete without it. This legendary hotel is one of the largest luxury hotels in Paris and its rooms with exceptional luxury offer one of the most amazing views of the Eiffel Tower.
The hotel once belonged to Prince Roland Bonaparte, which partly justifies why it became a historical monument in 2009.
The hotel is ideally located in the heart of the 16th arrondissement and offers easy access to the main Parisian tourist sites. But with three Michelin-starred restaurants, a spa, a bar, and most importantly, this amazing panorama offered on the tower, it’s a safe bet that you will not really be in a hurry to leave!
